Refund & Return Policy.

We ask that you spend 5 Days testing your replacement iPhone
before you send your old one back to us to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to accommodate the return of your old iPhone once you send it in the mail to Phoneswap.
Once you mail back your old iPhone, you are agreeing to permanently release your old iPhone to us.

Phoneswap offers a 90-day warranty for functional failures. Once you return your old iPhone, refunds cannot be issued for claims under warranty. Under a warranty claim: the customer may be required to complete another “swap” at no additional fee, at which time: (a) Phoneswap will send you a replacement iPhone and you will be required to send the iPhone under warranty back in the same box (shipping label provided). You are required to return the original iPhone claimed under warranty no later than 5 business days after the date of your replacement delivery.

A refund may be requested under two circumstances and will be issued on a case-to-case basis. The circumstances are limited to:

Cancellation before processing

A partial refund that reflects our $4.99 restocking fee will be issued if you place your order and wish to cancel before your order has left our facility.

Cancellation after processing

If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, you may only receive a partial refund if your replacement phone has not been opened. If the phone sanitary packaging seal has been opened, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
A refund (excluding shipping cost) will be issued once you unopened iPhone are received at our facility.
