Phoneswap is an iPhone exchange service. We offer you a selection of upgraded iPhones in exchange for your old device.
1) Place your order online.
2) Phoneswap will ship out your swap iPhone. *Same day if you order by 4pm EST.
3) Once you receive your swap iPhone, you'll have five (5) business days - starting the day after delivery - to mail us back your old device. Your box includes a prepaid shipping label.
4) Your old iPhone will live on as the next iPhone for the another Phoneswap customer.
Phoneswap delivers pre-owned, professionally renewed iPhones.
Physical Condition: Light signs of wear and a virtually scratch-free screen.
Technical Condition: Perfectly functioning.
Our iPhones are fully functional with minor cosmetic blemishes. As pre-owned devices, there may be small traces of use on the back and side of the device, though these do not affect the quality or performance of the device whatsoever.
We ask that you ensure you are satisfied with your replacement iPhone before mailing your old iPhone back within 5 business days.

Every Phoneswap device we send out is guaranteed to have at least an 80% battery health.
You can check your current device’s battery health by going to Settings -> Battery -> Battery Health.
No, you will receive a reconditioned device that has undergone a rigorous testing, polishing, and sanitization process.
Your old device is in good hands! Once we receive your device, we will either recycle it for parts or put it through an advanced cleaning and repair process to be reused again. Regardless of the outcome, the device you send in will NEVER end up in a landfill.
The device you receive is reconditioned, therefore fine scratches and other minor cosmetic imperfections may be visible on it. Your device will be perfectly functional and operational.
Each Phoneswap device is cleaned with medical grade solutions and delivered sterilized in "no-touch" packaging.
We ask that you spend time testing your replacement iPhone before you send your iPhone back to us to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Due to the nature of our replacement process, once you ship your old iPhone to us we will not be able to issue a refund or return it back to you.

Send your old device back in the same box we send you. The box contains a prepaid return label, so you don’t have to worry about shipping. You can drop your box off at your local USPS office or place it in the mail for pickup.
Once you receive your new device, you'll have five (5) business days to mail us back your old device.
Standard shipping is free for all orders! (including return shipping).
If you'd your iPhone faster, you can add two day shipping for $14.99.
We know you’ve got a need for speed, so we’ll keep it quick. We process your order the same day you place it (as long as it's before 4pm EST). You can typically expect your iPhone to arrive within 5 business days.
In an effort to reduce waste, charging cables are not included.

To qualify for a Phoneswap device swap, your old device must meet certain criteria (please see below).
Devices that DON’T qualify:
Device screen is shattered/ has deep deep cracks
Device back cover is shattered/ has deep cracks
Camera is cracked
Home button is no longer functioning (if applicable)
Face ID is no longer functioning (if applicable)
Camera/Microphone is nonfunctioning
Devices that DO qualify:
Minor scratches and small scuffs are OK
Regular wear and use
Device powers on
Device is generally functional, with no major operational issues
Device is unlocked, free of carrier blacklist, and free of financial obligations
Volume buttons/ home button works
Device is not water damaged
If your device does not qualify for our Phoneswap replacement swap, please feel free to recycle them with us!

Please ensure you are satisfied with your new device before you drop your old one in the mail. We will not be able to return your original device back to you once it is shipped to us.
You have 5 business days starting after the date of delivery to drop your phone in the mail. You'll find the prepaid shipping label inside your box. Drop off your box at any USPS. Find the closest USPS location here.
You must send us your old device back to us no later than five business days of receiving your new device to avoid an additional fee up the value of the phone you received. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
No, please hold on to your old device until your new one arrives.
You will be able to pay for your device swap with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit or debit cards. Phoneswap offers PayPal as a payment method.
Please note that your order will be immediately processed once you finish checkout. Once your order is ready to go, you will receive an email confirmation as well as tracking updates to stay on top of your order's journey.
